This delicious cocktail is similar to its cousin the Whiskey Sour, but with added elegance and refinement.
To make this fancy cocktail, take the ingredients from your classic Whiskey Sour recipe and grab an egg from your fridge (yes, you read that right – you’re about to put egg in your cocktail).
Fill your cocktail shaker with 1 ½ oz. of whiskey, ½ oz. of Lighthouse Lemonade, and one egg white – no ice yet – and give it a good shake. Shaking the egg white without the ice allows for it to emulsify properly so remember to put the ice in after.
Once your liquids have been shaken up, add some ice and shake it again to fully combine and cool your ingredients. Strain the beverage into a glass with ice and garnish with a lemon slice – so delicious!
1 ½ oz. Whiskey
½ oz. Lighthouse Lemonade Lime Lemon Cordial
1 Egg white
For Garnish: 1 Lemon slice
