The Best Blueberry Mojito

We made a round of these blueberry mojitos for our team, and they came running back for the recipe. So we’re pretty confident in saying this is the best mojito recipe we’ve ever tried!

Perfect Blueberry Mojito Recipe with Lighthouse Lemonade

Traditionally, a mojito would be made with white rum, but we used vodka and found the taste just as satisfying. Because our lime-lemon cordial makes the taste so rich, we think you could also substitute gin in a pinch!

Best of all, this citrus refresher is so easy; with only 5 ingredients and 150 calories, our skinny mojito will quickly become a fall favourite.

  • Fresh or frozen blueberries, to taste (start with about 10 berries per drink)
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 0.5 oz Lighthouse Lemonade Lime-Lemon Cordial
  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz club soda
  • Ice
  • Lime slices (optional; for garnish)

  1. Mash the blueberries and mint leaves together at the bottom of a glass.
  2. Pour in the vodka, soda, and Lime-Lemon Cordial. Add ice and stir until blended.
  3. Garnish with more blueberries and lime slices, as desired.

If you want to turn this into a mocktail, we’d recommend doubling the club soda and Lime-Lemon Cordial. Voilà, virgin blueberry mojito!
