This tangy twist on a favourite fall flavour is the perfect addition to an afternoon tea, a home-cooked family brunch, or great as an after school snack on a brisk day. Our pumpkin lemonade scone recipe is quick and easy to make, leaving lots of time to relax and enjoy.
For a savoury scone, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with a dollop of butter. If you’d like a sweeter treat, mix ¼ cup Lighthouse Lemonade cordial with icing sugar to form a glaze and drizzle over scones when cooled.
